Dear Guests,

Dilawri Group of Companies is committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for all of its customers and employees. In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have proactively implemented several procedures and precautions at all of our locations, including:

 

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: We have increased the cleaning and sanitization of all high-traffic areas within our dealerships and increased the frequency of these cleaning efforts. In addition, we have professional cleaning services performed nightly. 

Sanitation Stations: For your safety, we are providing hand sanitization supplies at several points in the dealership.

Service Work Preparation: Your vehicle is protected and cleaned for your safety during service appointments. Prior to pick up, we also sanitize and clean all the vehicles surfaces.

Showroom, Test Drive & Loaner Vehicles: All surfaces of our showroom, test drive and loaner vehicles are cleaned, vacuumed and wiped down after each use.

Food & Beverage Suspension: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have temporarily suspended food and beverage offerings in our lounges.

Employee Training & Communication: Employees have received information and training on respiratory hygiene, washing techniques and receive COVID-19 updates regularly. We also have Health & Safety Officers assigned to all of our dealerships that are responsible for ensuring we meet the highest standards of cleanliness for health safety practices. Dilawri has restricted unnecessary business travel for employees and any employee that has returned from international travel will follow self-isolation protocols.


We will continue to closely monitor updates on COVID-19 and will provide updates accordingly.
